LEGRAND, PARKERSBURG – The Grundy Center volleyball team continues to march through the competition.

 

The Class 2A No. 3 Spartans have yet to drop a single set, improving to 16-0 overall after defeating East Marshall in LeGrand last Tuesday and sweeping the competition at the Aplington-Parkersburg Invite on Saturday.

MASON CITY – The Iowa Falls-Alden/AGWSR girls cross country won the Mason City Newman Invite on Tuesday, led by a 1-2 finish by Aubrie Fisher and Ellie Meyer.   Fisher won the race in 20 minutes and 0.5 seconds, while Meyer was the runner-up in 20:36.
